About Kate Sylvan

Kate writes romance filled with impossible choices, quiet heroes, devastating betrayals, and the kind of endings that make you want to start the story over just to catch everything you missed. Whether set in the fictional East Coast town of Hawthorne Bay or the epic fantasy realms of Theralune and Farreth, her novels explore love and loss, sacrifice and redemption, found family, and the extraordinary hope hidden within ordinary courage.

When I'm not writing or working (my day job is graphic & web design) I love spending time with my husband, adult children, two rescue dogs, and three spoiled cats. Naturally, I also enjoy reading, as well as cooking, walking, and swimming.

All writing, including chapters, stories, scenes, song lyrics, website copy, etc., were written by me, Kate Sylvan a real human (albeit under a nom de plume).

The photos, illustrations, videos, and music I've created to accompany my writing were written and developed by me using pro-tier plans from a variety of platforms, including: Leonardo, MidJourney, Suno, and Grok. After which I further edited them with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Audition, and PremierPro.
